  • All saddles must be in good, clean, and usable condition.
  • Saddles must be free from major defects, with all stitching, billets, and trees in sound condition.
  • Only recognized and in-demand brands will be accepted. (Bates, Arena, Wintec, Amerigo, Detente, Stubben, etc.)

4. Consignment Term and Unsold Items

  • The standard consignment period is 6 months from the date the saddle is accepted into inventory.
  • Unsold saddles must be picked up within 30 days after the consignment term ends. Tack Attic does a routine sweep of inventory monthly and will contact consignors when they have a saddle that has reached the end of its term. If Tack Attic feels the saddle could still sell, a new 3 month term could be added as an extension.
  • If saddles are not picked up within 30 days, they will become the property of Tack Attic and may be donated or disposed of at Tack Attic’s discretion.
